Services

Helping you recover, rest, and settle into life with your baby.

Each visit combines expert midwifery care with thoughtful, practical support, tailored to your recovery, your baby, and the natural rhythm of your home. It is designed to compliment your NHS care provision and give you an enhanced level of support during the first few weeks and months.

Clinical postnatal care

01

Clinical postnatal care

Individualised postnatal assessment and support for you and your baby, delivered by a Registered Midwife. This may include maternal observations, assessment of recovery and wounds or tears, infant weighing, feeding support, and assessment of concerns such as jaundice — alongside clear safety-netting and onward referral when needed.

Practical postnatal support

02

Practical postnatal support

The early weeks with a new baby are about more than clinical recovery. During our time together, I can offer practical support to make your day a little easier — preparing a light meal or drink, helping with laundry or washing up, changing bed linen and other small household tasks that allow you to focus on feeding, resting and recovering.

Rest and overnight postnatal support

03

Rest and overnight postnatal support

For families who need a little more support, I offer extended and overnight postnatal visits tailored to individual circumstances. These can provide additional support with infant feeding, settling and maternal rest, particularly during the early weeks or when families are adjusting to multiples, prematurity or a more demanding postnatal period.

Feeding and emotional wellbeing

04

Feeding and emotional wellbeing

Support with breastfeeding, bottle and combination feeding, including practical help with positioning, attachment and establishing a feeding routine that works for you and your baby. We will also make space to talk about how you are feeling, with gentle consideration of your emotional wellbeing and appropriate signposting or referral if further support is needed.

My approach

Clinical care, with practical and compassionate support.

Postnatal recovery doesn't happen in isolation. Your physical health, your baby's wellbeing, feeding, sleep, confidence and the practical realities of life at home are all connected.

As a Registered Midwife, I bring clinical knowledge and assessment together with practical postnatal support. During each visit, I take the time to understand what you and your baby need — whether that means checking your recovery, supporting a feed, making you something to eat, putting on a load of washing or simply creating the space for you to rest.

Everything is tailored to you, your baby and your circumstances, with your wellbeing at the heart of every visit.
